Cowboy Bar

We were so delighted for a change of scenery..scrub oak and pine. We knew we were finally headed for the next mountain range. We were now traveling through abandoned villages mostly from the nearly extinct Maragato culture. Then all of a sudden we came across the Cowboy Bar. However, when we sat down we heard Adele being played…so much for Kenny Rodgers or Hank Williams!  Later the highlight (?) of our evening was the Celtic Chants performed by the local Monks.  Not certain we would call it a serenade and definitely not a bedtime lullaby.
