R & R

We decided that it was time to give ourselves a little R&R and this was the perfect spot to do it in.  We could walk outside out hotel and down several blocks of nothing but small "tapa" bars where you order your tapas and drinks from a window and eat it standing in the street at a wine barrel table.  All ages having a great time!  We didn't do much for international relations though when Jerry only ordered his club soda especially here in the wine capital. He tried to convince them that it was the only drink of the US military. As you might suspect, that drew a great deal of laughter. Several museums and art galleries in this area, however just the idea of walking the streets didn't have much appeal today so we stayed close. We also had some clothes washing to do and Jerry discovered what he thinks is the perfect use for a bidet.
